We have just had a Velux skylight installed above our stairs as part of our renovations and we could not be happier with the service, product and price. Ross was the only representative that actually took the time to get into our roof space to fully inspect the job prior to quoting. On the day of installation Nik the installer took the time to explain to us how we would address the 25mm difference in the width of our cornices in order to make the installation look right which he completed with precision. We are stoked with the resulting increase in light in which was previously a dark part of our house and the little bit of added 'wow' factor.
